Kelso and the Tweed

The town of Kelso stands at the junction of the rivers Teviot and Tweed, the latter crossed by a stone bridge which is the earlier work of the architect of London Bridge, John Rennie. The broad grass walk beside the Tweed is known as the Cobby; this view looks from the west towards Rennie's bridge.

If you would like a nice big (wide, suitable for 20" screen) panoramic JPEG of the view the other way - looking from Rennie's bridge towards the Junction Pool, with Floors Castle in the distance, click here. To go fishing, click here.
