Basic advice is given below. 

 Adjust your 
browser window to just wider than the PHOTON logo, and set Windows Netscape 
to use 10-point Times New Roman, Mac Netscape to use 12-point Palatino, for 
optimum layout.  Set color to 256 colors or more, gamma 1.4 to 1.8.
