Welcome to PHOTON's Darkroom Department. It deals with personal processing and darkroom work, whether commercial or not. Basically, it's about bench-top enlargers, dish processing, tabletop automatic processors and equipment within the range of the solo photographer.

Our resident darkroom enthusiast is Les McLean. Les is now 'on line' with his own e-mail address. He's a frequent workshop tutor and lecturer, collects and swaps prints which his editor could never afford to buy, and enjoys the challenge of visiting Ireland in midwinter or giving the Zone System a thrashing at the bottom of a slot canyon.
